LCS is an established, locally owned and growing company! Our maintenance and service departments are comprised of a team of reliable people with positive attitudes, a willingness to learn and a true customer service mentality. We are seeking an individual to lead this team and manage the department. This includes:
  • Planning and leading weekly team meetings
  • Planning and implementing a variety of trainings and ride-along experiences
  • Understanding, monitoring and adjusting for department profitability
  • Providing support for technicians throughout the day and while on-call
  • Conducting bi-annual 1:1 meetings to ensure technicians are on track with their goals
  • Consistent communication with the Dispatcher to properly manage the schedule
  • Collaborating with other department managers to keep department and company goals on track
  • Building and implementing department and company processes
Candidates should have the following qualities:
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to make a plan and implement it
  • Reliable
  • Understanding of and ability to track HVAC industry metrics, KPI's and profitability
It's preferred that candidates have prior management experience. Technical experience is a plus, but strong technical skills are not required. We provide ongoing leadership and management training (in-house and with other resources). Candidate must have a desire to continue to learn and grow in the position. Candidate must be willing to learn company software, use reports and excel spreadsheets.

This is a $75,000 salaried position with opportunity for monthly and annual bonus. We expect a high performing Service Manager to be making six figures. Benefits include:
