Looking for someone with a flexible schedule willing to fill different shifts including overnights and weekends as needed. This can be full or part time.

Bennington County Coalition for the Homeless provides safe shelter, food, and support services from homeless families and individuals in Bennington County. We provide two year-round shelters for those in our community experiencing homelessness; a family shelter and a shelter for adults. We also provide Outreach Case Management for those experiencing homelessness not in our shelters.
The shelter staff interacts with guests and supports them with their needs. The position requires someone who is adaptable, open minded, non judgmental and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Experience with mental health, substance abuse, and/or homelessness is preferred but wiling to train the right candidate.

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
