VIP Staffing North Dallas is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Associate for a machine manufacturer in Irving, Texas!
Pay: $20/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
Job Description:
· Daily stocking: tagging inspection, stock into bin locations
· Daily picking, packing, inspecting, shipping to the customers
· Relocating items
· Create documentations for international shipment
· Schedule for pick up with freight forwarders
· Remove Dead stock from bin locations
· Discard Dead stock from Dallas parts warehouse
· Clean up warehouse several times daily
· Inventory count
· Regular maintenance check on equipment in the warehouse
· Special project work: such as high profile customers parts stocking, stock increase, special package order parts inspections, etc
· Supplies in the warehouse check inventory and order
· Back up for return team or office team as assigned by management
· Additional duties as assigned by spare parts management
Qualifications:
· 2+ years warehouse experience preferred.
· Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
· Ability to prioritize workloads, focus, eliminate errors, and maximize efficiency.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency with material handling equipment and forklifts
· Sit down forklift and Stand up forklift experience is required!
