HPC-Industrial, Powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for Entry Level - NIGHT SHIFT Hydro Blaster / Booth Cleaning Technicians to work at our Arlington, TX customer location. This team member is responsible for the successful execution of daily cleaning operations within the manufacturing facility and various other responsibilities. The Entry Level - Hydro Blaster/Booth Cleaning Technician serves as a representative of HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers.

  • WORK ENVIRONMENT: Industrial setting - Automotive Production Facility
  • POSITION LOCATED IN: Arlington, TX
  • WORK SCHEDULE: 4 days or nights including weekends (10-hour shifts) Overtime as needed
  • TRAVEL: No Travel Required
  • SCHEDULE: The night shift start time is either 6:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, and processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Hands-on operation of manual and automated hydro-blasting equipment.
  • Operation of special equipment, such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps, forklifts, burden carriers, Ride-On scrubbers, and Dry Ice Equipment.
  • May be required to examine the surface cleaned to ensure conformance to company and customer expectations.
  • Must be able to stand on your feet the entire shift, bend, stoop, and climb ladders/stairs.
  • THE POSITION WILL REQUIRE WORKING WITH HEIGHTS AND CONFINED SPACES.
  • Perform routine daily route sheet assignments performing cleaning tasks throughout the facility (janitorial included) restrooms, break rooms, offices, conveyors, paint booths, automated equipment, ovens, pits, and trash.
  • Must be able to lift 50 or more pounds.

Skills and Experience:
  • Specific vocational preparation includes classroom safety training, on-the-job training, and essential experience gained on other jobs.
  • Language proficiency: understands English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations.
  • Valid driver's license and other requirements of the company’s driving policy required when driving a company vehicle or using a personal vehicle on company business, if required.
  • OSHA certification may be required for this job.
  • Must be knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers.
  • Forklifts/ Scrubbers/ Mobile Equipment Experience a PLUS.
Educational Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
