BayCare Health System
is currently seeking an On-Site Coordinator to join our outstanding and compassionate team. Come join our Community Health Team in this PRN position where you will be responsible for coordination of BayCare's health events in the community and corporate setting.

The On-Site Coordinator responsibilities include:

  • Health events in the community and corporate setting
  • Coordinates the set up, traffic flow, break down, transports supplies and equipment, collects fees and schedules appointments
  • Acts as liaison between community and health care facilities
  • Coordinates duties of screening team and volunteers
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required to travel within service area using own transportation. This is a PRN position with an average of 15 - 20 hours a month to include weekends.

Education:

  • Preferred Associate's of Nursing

Experience:

  • Required 1 year Community Health
  • Or 1 year Health Promotion
  • Or 1 year Wellness Related
  • Preferred 3 years Healthcare
  • Preferred 3 years Supervisory Role in a Related Field
