Your Role

The Contract Logistics Site Leader directs the daily activities of the distribution operations, including labor scheduling, management and the proper use of space, equipment, and workforce.

Your Responsibilities

  • You oversee a team of 1 operational manager and 4 supervisor in a warehouse environment
  • Develop programs to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation and use of the facility
  • You plan and schedule all logistics services including receiving, inspection, storing, delivery, handling returned/damaged goods, maintenance, and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met in a thoughtful manner, and in compliance with all applicable regulatory and quality standards
  • Budget development with Business Manager/corporate guidance; P&L responsibility
  • Maintain compliance to ISO 9001 and AS 9100/9120 Quality Management Systems as applicable.
  • You report to the Director of Operations

Your Skills and Experiences

  • 8+ years in a managerial role overseeing operations
  • 3PL, logistics, warehousing or shipping experience
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and AS 9100/9120 Quality Management Systems.
  • You must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
