A Construction Superintendent (Site Manager) manages all aspects of the building process according to Magleby Construction's quality standards while adhering to budgets, maintaining construction schedule and achieving the desired level of client satisfaction.
This position is assigned to our Estate Home group and is focused on meeting clients needs, working with architects and designers, and delivering to our clients their dream home. Magleby Estate Home projects are challenging and rewarding at the same time.

Job Requirements:
Successful individuals possess the following attributes:
- Construction experience and/or degree in Construction Management or related degree
- 7+ years experience in Custom Home site management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Proven computer skills and experience in Excel and Word
- Experience with accounting / database programs is helpful
- Time management skills
