Premier Property Maintenance is a locally and family-owned company that has been servicing central Michigan since 2002. Premier Property Maintenance provides professional snow removal services in the following areas Alma, Ithaca, and Saint Louis.
We are looking for self-motivated Snow Removal Workers to join our team. We provide services to commercial and residential properties. As a Snow Removal Worker on our team, you could operate a snow blower, salt truck, plow truck, loader, skid-steer and/or other common tools to remove snow & create safe foot & driving paths for our clients November through April.
This is a on-call snowplow position (7 days a week, 24 hours a day including holidays) as dictated by the weather. If you have existing schedules just let us know the day/ times you can work. Hours can be early morning, extending through the day, or just part of the day. This position will require working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including snow, sleet, rain, extreme cold, and sun.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
· A valid drivers license, clean driving record & operable cell phone
· Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team
· Able to lift 50 pounds, bend, lift, and sit or stand for extended periods
· Drive a truck with trailer, plows, or salt spreader to various locations
· Ability to operate a wheel loader or skid-steer
· Ability to operate small snow blowers
· Reliable and self-motivated
· Monitor weather and be aware of upcoming snow events
· Fill out daily paperwork or use app on cell phone
· Perform any other duties assigned
