Front Porch is a nonprofit provider of housing and services. We create community. It’s at the heart of all we do. Social Call is a friendly visiting program of Front Porch Community Services. Social Call provides people 60 years and older the opportunity to form social connections through weekly visits with a volunteer via phone or video. A SC program manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of Social Call.
Responsibilities include:
- Use creative outreach approaches, both digital and in-person, to increase program participation
- Manage a portfolio of participants and volunteers, including onboarding, matching, and supervising
- Develop, maintain and support connections within the Social Call community
- Support older adult participant needs, including referrals to appropriate resources
- Conduct regular volunteer trainings and support opportunities
- Keep accurate and timely documentation
- Attend regular team and supervision meetings
- Track & report data
- Develop and maintain partnerships to support program development
- Maintain knowledge of loneliness & social connection information that impact population served
- Daily administrative duties related to work
- Other duties as assigned

- 4+ years of relevant professional or educational experience
