Social Media Marketing Coordinator Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will complete tasks that support both teams in their overall marketing initiatives. This individual will report directly to Jon + Tim and be a part of a high performing and customer-oriented team. The Marketing Coordinator’s primary role will be to support overall marketing + branding initiatives for both teams. This person will represent the Main Street Home Loans Team with the utmost integrity and professionalism, and of course, creativity!
Required Skills and Experience:
- Social Media presence required.
- Microsoft Office program skills required.
- Experience with branding and marketing on social media platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills via phone, in person and via email.
- Highly organized to accommodate fast-paced office environment and deadlines.
- Mortgage industry experience not required.
Marketing Coordinator job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Strong presence on social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc) and able to provide examples
- Communicate professionally with clients over the phone, in person, and over email.
- Manage + assist the office in branding and overall marketing strategies
- Organize + implement promotional material
- Maintain an inventory of sales support materials + provide deliverables (as needed) for “pop-bys”
- Oversee project management of marketing + social media efforts
- Collaborate with Main Street Home Loans in-house Marketing Team to assist in content
- Exercise problem-solving skills, be deadline focused, team-oriented, and goal driven
- Identify + implement current industry trends on social media to help further branding of Main Street Home Loans.
- Confident, passionate, and professional. Comfortable with fast-paced work environment.
- Willing to go the extra mile to get a task or goal accomplished.
- Must be willing to travel (locally) to drop off materials and set up events. Will require some after hours and weekends.
- Preferred candidate will be willing to support filming + taking pictures at events. Equipment supplied.
Other Details:
- Compensation: Starting salary $41,500 (negotiable with experience). Eligible for annual bonus.
