RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• In collaboration with the Communications and Marketing Manager, adhere to, maintain & protect the unique & consistent look, feel, and voice of NRBC across all channels
• Create unique social media content on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to engage and grow our fanbase and sustain our followers’ interest and curiosity (i.e. create buzz) in all things related to NRBC.
• Create an engaging copy, imagery, and video content with the proper NRBC voice/personality. Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing Manager on content
• Devise new ways to attract and engage new fans while deepening relationships with existing followers
• Coordinate and support taproom marketing communications strategy including on-site programming, beer releases, offsite events, festivals, and happenings in home and remote markets
• Provide photography and video for brand releases, new menu items, on-site events, and more

EXPERIENCE & SKILL QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Instagram Stories/Live) and writing/content creation for these platforms
• Photography skills are highly preferred and videography skills are strongly considered
• Great organizational skills - ability to multi-task, create systems, SOPs, and calendars and manage workload across multiple brands, locations, and disciplines
• Remote team functions – comfort & experience working with cross-functional teams who may be in other locations permanently or occasionally
• Willingness to travel several times per year throughout the southeast
• Self-starter – ability to maintain workload independently without micromanagement
• Creative thinker - can help with naming, packaging design, and new marketing ideas
• Understanding of Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and Google G Suite required
• Some design editing experience (Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator) preferred
