The Husband & Wife Law Team is looking for an additional Social Media Content Specialist to bring our Social Media channels to new heights. This position will require a high-level, creative all-starwith mastery of emerging social media channels and trends. The perfect candidate will live and breath in the TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook communities and demonstrate the ability to grow our followers through truly engaging content.

The Husband & Wife Law Team specializes in serious injury as well as wrongful death, performing legal work for our clients at the highest level and we are extremely involved in our community. Our social media should demonstrate that with examples and creative content that leverages both original ideas and current trends.

Day to day you will be making several short-form videos that have the potential to go viral, using your expert knowledge of what’s trending. You will also work with the Marketing Director, COO, and CEO to carve out our TikTok, IG, and comprehensive social media strategy and create the blueprint for success. You’ll be responsible for propelling the account towards major milestones – such as TikTok - 500,000 followers, 1M followers, and beyond. IG – 50,000, 100, 000, 250,000 and beyond.

You will be an Instagram and TikTok *addict*, having grown your account as well as a brand’s account into hundreds of thousands. You need to possess an innate understanding of the audiences, who are well-versed in online culture and are spending big chunks of their day browsing TikTok, IG Reels, FB Reels and YouTube. It will be your job to stop them from swiping up straight away- by amusing, amazing, and informing them with your attention-grabbing videos. Ultimately responsible for follower growth to take our 325k
TikTok audience past the million-follower mark and beyond, our Instagram followers into the hundreds of thousands and higher, and our Facebook fans to 10,000, 25,000, and beyond.

The Perfect Candidate Will Be:

Simply obsessed with Instagram & TikTok – and able to name a few of the biggest TikTok trends on any given day. You will know how each channel varies and able to produce content to drive audience growth and engagement throughout our suite of channels. You are a person that brainstorms and creates content at all hours and can’t wait to post the next viral piece.

Creative and energetic – you’ll need a constant stream of ideas and be able to come up with new ways to engage the audience on the spot. While simultaneously branding the Husband & Wife Law Team by highlighting our legal expertise, amazing work culture, community engagement, and founders.

A self-starter – you’ll be the only person working exclusively on Instagram & TikTok, as well as video content on FB and YouTube and solely responsible for the growth of all channels. You will be creating and posting at all times and engaged in industry-specific research to capitalize on viral court subject matter, as well as leverage trends to expose our brand to the masses.

Good under pressure – you’ll be working in an extremely high-paced environment, where new ideas are constantly thrown up and quick turnarounds are needed. We are an omni-channel marketing firm, and we regularly produce cross-channel marketing.

Driven – you understand the shift at IG & TikTok, the opportunity it presents for the media, and want to be at the forefront of that change.

Flexible and Social – As a valuable part of our marketing team, you will be required to attend community events, firm events, presentations, and charitable functions. This is not a 9-5 position. You are someone who loves to interact with the public, can represent our brand and encourage participation from both the public and team members to create amazing content. This position will be in office daily to capture our team and relevant content for our channels, as well as attend offsite events and community engagements.
