The Rolla Mission is an emergency shelter, soup kitchen, and resource center in Rolla, MO. We are an innovative, rewarding, social organization, primarily serving unhoused individuals in Phelps County. Our goal is to cultivate an environment of support that empowers people through relationships, resources, and a sense of belonging. .
To support the Marketing and Development team in efforts to raise funds, implement donor-centered practices, improve and expand social media presence, and provide marketing support. The VISTA member will lead social media marketing, research best practices for social media engagement, and provide content and support for donor communications, building capacity for social media and donor engagement for long lasting success. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and monitor all social media accounts, including responding to comments and messages.
- Develop content calendars and post content on a regular basis.
- Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media marketing.
- Create engaging visuals for social media posts.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $62.69 per day
