Responsibilities

• Working with customers, users, product owners and other team members design, develop and maintain high quality, scalable, maintainable software solutions that provide significant business value
• Stay current on technology and best practices and share experience with the rest of the team
• Encourage data driven decisions by focusing on analysis, monitoring, metrics and clear goal definitions and retrospectives
• Ability to independently solve problems and prioritize work while also collaborating with the team, advising, and presenting knowledge in both in person forms as well as documentation

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field and 3-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• SOLID experience in OOP or functional programming with experience with design patterns a plus
• Experience in sharing design approaches both verbally and through documentation. UML experience a plus (e.g. sequence, state diagrams)
• Relational DB experience (e.g. Oracle)
• 2-4 years' experience in web development
• Development in .Net core preferred
• Experience in large scale, SaaS, web based, high availability systems with messaging systems experience preferred (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• CI / CD and monitoring tools experience preferred (e.g. Ansible, Team City, Jenkins, ELK, Graphana)
• Agile experience (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Experience in test automation
• Experience in ERP systems a plus
