As a Lead Software Engineer with a test focus you will help design and implement the systems that ensure the embedded firmware in these devices perform as specified to provide protection for critical infrastructure and power systems worldwide.

As a Lead Software Engineer with a test focus, a typical day might include the following:

• Design automation to test that firmware completely implements complex requirements
• Work with other engineers in multiple disciplines understanding test requirements
• Implement test infrastructure in Python
• Work closely with a team developing new test methodologies

This job may be for you if:

• You have extensive experience developing Python solutions
• You have experience working with communication protocols such as IEC-61850, DNP, and Modbus
• You have 7+ years of software engineering experience
• You enjoy solving complex problems by providing simple solutions

Pay Range Data

Pullman, WA: 79,400 - 124,000

Our salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. The salary range may differ in other locations based on cost of labor. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
