Join Apple's Customer Systems team within the Information Systems and Technology organization as a Software Engineer. This team builds custom applications that serve Apple customers and partners. These applications have helped Apple be #1 in customer support for eleven years in a row. The candidate must possess a passion for technology, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and be a pro-active individual!
Key Qualifications
- Experience with applications design, integration and deployment.
- Experience or exposure of Core Java and RESTful web-services, Service Oriented Architecture, Spring Framework.
- Knowledge of Application and Web Servers.
- Knowledge of NoSQL database systems such as Cassandra, MongoDB is desirable.
- Knowledge of video technologies and streaming including, but not limited to HLS, DRM is desirable.
- Experience with Spark, Kafka, Hadoop.
- Experience in Python and Machine Learning algorithms.
- Ability to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers and IT management.
- Ability to innovate.
Description

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
