Description:
$750 Sign On bonus! $250 after 90 days, and an additional $500 after 6 months of employment.
Responsible for preparing recipes and food items in accordance with Truckee Gaming's standards of excellence. Directs and oversees the daily operations of the kitchen and its staff including all food preparation, production and control. This is a working position in as much as the Sous Chef is required to work alongside culinary team members.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in capacity of Lead Line Cook or Sous Chef within similar environment.
- Serve Safe Certificate preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and move freely about all Back of House areas for extended periods of time.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. and push 250 lbs. carts, as well as frequently carry and lift food trays/items of up to 30lbs. throughout shift.
- Must be able to operate within confined spaces and perform acts of repetitive motion.
