Bright Start Therapy is seeking a Speech/Language Pathologist, SLPA and SLP-CFY to join our dynamic team of therapists including speech/language therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and counselors providing services to children in our outpatient clinic as well as at our private childcare/preschool facility. We strive to not only provide a positive atmosphere for our clients, but also a comfortable and stress-free environment for our clinicians.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
• State of Maine Speech/Language Therapist License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence
• Successful background, criminal records, fingerprinting and reference check

Pay:

Essential Functions:

• Completes initial evaluations, creates POC, daily notes and quarterly progress reports
• Working knowledge of child development, disabilities, and evidence based clinical practice
• Ability to establish an effective rapport/relationship with children, parents and paraprofessionals
• Ability to effectively communicate, orally and in writing
