- Must be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Arizona
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Compensation Package
- Production Bonus; 250.00
- Sign On Bonus after Caseload met.
- 1000.00 Referral Bonuses
- 5 year bonus; 2000.00
- 10 Year bonus; 4000.00
- FREE CEU's offered on a quarterly basis
- Multidisciplinary clinic setting with Learning opportunities.
- State of the Art documentation system (Reduces unnecessary paperwork)
- Lucrative Supervision pay for supervising seasoned SLPA.

**All bonuses are paid out contingent to minimum consistent caseload of 16 treatments per week during the initial sign on bonus, 5 years and 10 year anniversary and at least 1 year following the Bonus pay out date.

Job description
- Theracare Pediatric Services is a leader in the disability space and is currently hiring Physical therapist for our Mesa Clinic.
- Provides Speech Therapy treatments and evaluations in an accurate and timely manner in a clinic setting.
- Provides on-going therapy in a Clinic setting.
- Communicates (to the parents as well as in reports, daily notes and in evaluations) observations regarding the patient’s progress, lack of progress, goals, etc.
- Documents weekly therapy sessions in our proprietary easy to use system.
- Responsible for maintaining good working relationships with coworkers and facilitating teamwork wherever services are being provided.
- Demonstrates sensitivity to cross cultural issues.
- Adheres to the regulatory and practice standards of Speech Therapy.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required as a natural course of employment
