Job Title: Sr. Embedded Engineer

Location: Alameda, CA (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

Specifics :

• BLE/NFC Expert
• iOS/Android automation experience

Preference will be for profiles with :

• Hands on testing devices and hardware exp.
• We welcome profiles who performed as Developer and QA roles in IOT and Embedded system has good understanding in Protocol level knowledge.
• Hands on Skills on BLE and NFC Testing and Protocol Stack.
• Good experience in working tools of BLE and NFC
• Quite hands on Test Automation scripting and Framework experience on embedded systems.

JD :

• Learn and improve our existing native iOS/Android based sensor connectivity solutions.
• Learn and understand NFC and BLE based features in the native libraries to support new sensors.
• Collaborate with hardware team to troubleshoot connectivity issues on NFC and BLE
• Understand and improve devices OS compatibility testing with sensor.
• Collaborate with both internal and external team members to understand APIs.
• Design and implement BLE test protocols that is highly maintainable and automate protocols in python or desired coding language.
• Provide new ideas and insight in collaboration with the team from BLE testing perspective.
• Ensure performance maintaining high standards of Test protocol automation code quality and thoughtful design.
• Build out tools and methodologies to make test integration processes easier and faster.
• Create diagrams, flowcharts and models that illustrate the internal design and workflow of solution components from Testing perspective.
• Collaborate as an engaged member of an agile team, realizing features through test, and delivery.
• Engage in technical planning, design, and code reviews including peer code review of Pull Request of Test automation scripts.
• Stay current with emerging trends, making recommendations as needed to help the organization innovate
• Possess good communication skills, self-motivated, pro-active, task oriented, good team player, and quick learn at new technologies and systems

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Test Management Tools - Polarion
• Experience in Pharma Domain
• Experience working in an Agile team.
