Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising and paid media strategy and buying across several media channels.

Position Purpose:

Responsible for researching, planning, developing and executing robust, multi-million dollar and worldwide advertising campaigns that leverage effective print, digital, out-of-home and other advertising channels in an effort to help drive acquisition and retention.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  • Work with internal and external colleagues and partners and utilize data and analytics to effectively and proactively seek and secure opportunities to apply media pressure in key markets .

  • Effectively place and position brand content in appropriate and right-sized publications and locations; work closely with Contracts and Procurement partners to process insertion orders, purchase requisitions and orders .

  • Develop, manage and/or maintain relationships and open communication with key media representatives around the globe .

  • Maintain and enhance expert knowledge of all relevant advertising channels – including print, digital, out-of-home, FBO – and remain vigilant of all new trends, platforms and opportunities related to paid media placement .

  • Create and maintain robust performance analytics dashboard that leads to meaningful and actionable insights; regularly report performance and budget to marketing leadership .

  • Understand where other links and efficiencies can be made through cross-channel opportunities or other marketing platforms, such as websites, landing pages, social media, etc. and use all available data to optimize campaign strategy and tactics .

  • Proactively seek opportunities to further streamline advertising tracking, budgeting, administrative tasks and more to help reduce or eliminate repetitive motion or process waste .

  • Stay updated on marketing trends, Google guidelines, advertising and marketing related policies, including privacy laws and compliance around the world .
