This small business culture is important to us and work very hard to foster an environment that allows our employees to be very collaborative, roll up their sleeves, and directly contribute to the success of our customers.
Our employees are allowed great freedom including how they get their jobs done (e.g., as many monitors as you want policy), and their choice of work attire (extremely casual atmosphere with frequent flip-flop sightings). Our culture mirrors that of our customers that are typically the Tip of the Spear – a deep passion for mission success with a sprinkling of craziness, adventure, and dogged determination. With endless snacks, coffee, soda and weekly lunches or breakfasts, we understand the old saying, An Army Marches on Its Stomach. Drop us your resume or give us a call, we’re different in just the kind of way you’re looking for.
