Description:This role will be responsible for Program planning, and serve as the focal point in support of ADP Classified environment(s). This role will also be responsible for yearly and multi-year investment planning in new capabilities and major systems planning to ensure alignment to resources and support Program execution. This will include documentation and tracking of planning and scheduling artifacts to ensure alignment with Program priorities and baseline IT capabilities, as well as maintaining planning templates for standardization of classified infrastructure deployment to major closed area Programs. This will be a fast paced environment that will require the selected candidate to apply strong business acumen, communication abilities and relationship building combined with strong analytical and planning skills to work with a wide range of groups and functions across the Company. Key to success will be the establishment of meaningful and productive relationships with the ADP Program Leadership, as well as key stakeholders in the respective LoB, related Functions, Aero IT and Enterprise IT

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $142,100 - $267,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Basic Qualifications:
- US Citizenship and ability / willingness to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance
- Strong Program / Project execution capabilities; ability to develop, implement and track strategies
- Proven and effective presentation and communication skills up to executive level
- Demonstrated ability to align strategies and capabilities to other business area or enterprise strategies and capabilities; Multiyear planning & business analysis of current and emerging IT requirements.
- Classified and non-LMI (Dev) IT Infrastructure and Operations domain experience; Strong knowledge of IT technologies, tools and capabilities and applicability to classified environments
- Proven ability to virtually lead teams / people to achieve results
- Demonstrated ability to absorb new technologies and processes quickly
- Demonstrated experience working across organizational boundaries
- Active DpoD Top Secret Clearance
- Classified Planning and Program execution experience
- Prior experience leading a diverse team to a common goal
- Strong communications skills and demonstrated experience presenting to leadership and leading operational personnel.
- Experience and/or strong relationships with multiple Lockheed Martin business areas and/or enterprise organizations.
- Experience with larger scale, multi site IT capability deployments involving significant change.
- Experience with common automation tools and applicability in classified environments
- Ability to focus the team towards common objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Aero business and Aero IT organization
- Domain knowledge of technical processes and practices related to Development, Build, and Sustainment of ADP Programs
- Proficiency with Project Management and Portfolio Management functions for a line of business
- Risk and Opportunity Management
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies & DevSecOps practices
- Experience dealing with technical and non-technical end users and specialists
- Ability to develop Health Metrics and scorecards relevant to supported organization
