The Staffing Coordinator/Sales Representative is responsible for coordination of customer order fulfillment, candidate placement, customer acquisition, sales, sourcing potential clients, and assisting current customers with their business needs.
JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggest services to meet those needs.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Use the CRM (customer relationship management) systems and ensure accurate information is available with the company
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers
- Organize, develop, and manage a database of potential customers to contact.
- Report any customer suggestions, complaints or concerns
- Generate and submit weekly lead generation reports
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Fill clients’ orders in a timely manner and place qualified workers in qualified positions.
- Process temporary employee applications and conduct in-person assessments to maintain a well-qualified pool of entry-level and skilled candidates
- Screen, interview and hire qualified candidates
- Process I-9 and E-Verify requirements for all employees hired
- Maintain an ongoing database of active and available workers
- Maintain equipment inventory and monitor equipment check-outs and returns
- Complete all office duties required such as phones, filing and email communications
- Accurately audit and maintain internal and external documentation systems.
- Facilitate and manage worker safety orientations and daily trainings to ensure worker safety awareness and continuous safety dialogue
- Administer background and drug tests as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an inside sales role
- Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Office Products
- Administrative and organization skills
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
