As a Staffing Manager / Business Development Representatives, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

  • Establishes contact with key individuals who are decision makers for staffing business, including but not limited to: hospitals, long term care and assisted living facilities, correctional facilities, surgery centers, home health agencies, insurance companies, corporations utilizing health care staffing services, physician offices, schools and organizations facilitating wellness programs.
  • Manages sales functions to achieve business goals
  • Documents job orders and organizes personnel schedules to align with facility or contract needs
  • Drafts contracts with vendor/facility and then executes and continues ongoing management
  • Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and report on activity, as well as, monitor account development status and plan next steps; reviews reports and activity with Director of designee

A few must-haves for the Staffing Manager / Business Development Representative:

  • Four (4) year college degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline, or an equivalent, combination of education and experience
  • Three (3) years to five (5) years staffing management experience, preferably in the health care industry or commercial staffing industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and computer software proficiency
