Overview:

We are looking for skilled, compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA's) who desire a career that matters in a community that values their expertise.

Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, Float (weekends only), PRN

Available Shifts: All shifts available (8 Hours)

Pay: Starting from $17.00 increases with experience

Shift Differential: $3.00/hour 2nd shift and $1.50/hour 3rd shift

Responsibilities:

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Planning and cooking their favorite foods and eating a meal with them.
• Laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
• Perform other duties as need arises and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required
• Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
