A leadership position supervising the operation of the store by ensuring the execution of PERC and Position Priorities, every minute of every shift.

1) Manage the shift and oversee staff

2) Set and Monitor Goals for the Shift

3) Ensure store is up to health department standards and maintained to ensure longevity, this includes ensuring checklists are being followed.

4) Knowledgeable about what is going on in the store and able to handle a health department inspection

5) Cash Management - Counting down drawers, Monitoring fraud, banking

6) Uphold and follow the BIGGBY Systems- PERC, Position Priorities, Recipe Management

7) Staff Management - Help continually develop the existing staff through coaching and training. Help ensure that procedures are being followed at all times and that PERC is the focus. Monitor and manage the attitude and energy of the employees – if they’re having fun, the customers will too!

8) Scheduling, inspections, supply ordering

Requirements::

Previous managerial experience preferred but not required

Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required

Top-notch customer service skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent leadership skills

Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task

Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver's License required

Ability to lift 30 lbs

Must submit to a background check

Able to stand for duration of shift

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Must be at least 18 years old

Must work at least 5 shifts per week for a minimum of 35 hours per week

Duties::

Perform model and teach BIGGBY processes and techniques involving:

• Cashier (suggestive selling; cash handling; order accuracy)
• Drink-making (use of espresso and other coffee equipment)
• Food production (preparing bagels and bagel sandwiches)
• Cleaning
• Safety procedures
• Lead by example
