Job Summary
We are seeking a stretch coach to join our successful studio in Westfield. As a Kika Stretch Coach, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretches for our clients. Responsibilities include assessing clients’ needs, guiding clients through stretches using our proprietary Kika Method, and educating clients on the benefits of stretching. You will encourage take home stretches (taken from the method) for clients so that they can continue to improve between visits. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a holistic wellness team.
Responsibilities
- Perform one-on-one stretch sessions using the Kika Method to include all major muscle groups
- Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of stretch therapy
- Maintain accurate records of each session
- Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
- Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals
- Ensure a clean and safe facility
- Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Passion for helping others achieve long-term wellness and results through stretch therapy
- Previous experience in a therapeutic setting
- Physical flexibility a plus, able to kneel, squat move between different positions effortlessly
- Comfortable with performing stretch therapies on diverse clients
- Strongly service oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting
- High level of ethics and integrity.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
