Looking for a flexible schedule? Interested in working on-call as needed? Here at Guidepost we are looking for reliable individuals from all backgrounds with a positive attitude, team players, passionate about caring for others, problem solvers, able to manage time effectively, with great customer service and interpersonal skills.
We're always looking to add flexible substitute teachers to our on-call list.
ThIn this Substitute Teacher position, you will support multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms (6 weeks – 6 years old). No formal Montessori training is needed to apply. We will provide training as part of your orientation and onboarding. This is an on-call position where we will reach out to you as needed to provide coverage when full-time teachers are out sick or on vacation.
Many of our substitutes ultimately transition into full-time Assistant Teachers with us when new openings become available.
