We are looking for a professional Success Coach to motivate individuals to become the best version of themselves. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating individual needs and helping them overcome barriers, motivating individuals to work towards their goals, and monitoring their progress.
As a Success Coach, you should possess a positive, non-judgemental attitude and have confidence in making sound decisions. The ideal candidate will be familiar with motivation techniques and demonstrate excellent ability to identify realistic pathways toward achieving individual goals. A Success Coach is always focused, supportive, observant, passionate, goal-oriented, showcases high-level commitment, strong character, and integrity. Besides being an active listener, a Success Coach is an effective communicator and an inclusive leader. The potential for full-time employment is possible for the right candidate.
DESIRED SKILLS & CHARACTERISTICS:
- Experience working with and/or relatability with people in poverty
- Familiar with Crawford County and its community resources
- Experience supervising entry level workers
- Strong Emotional Intelligence
- Excellent work habits & self-starter
- Great focus and attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Combination of education and/or work experience and training that demonstrate the ability to perform the duties as described.
- Successful experience working with the behaviors of at-risk populations.
- Customer service skills.
- Computer savvy; including Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Marketing and creativity is a plus.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Required to coach some evenings and weekends and attend occasional after-hours events. Must have dependable transportation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
