Job Title: Supervisor, Compliance
Location: Goodwill North Central Texas - 4005 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76119
Salary: Based on Experience
Work Hours: Full Time, Exempt. Typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 am start time.

General Job Duties: Supervises and monitors Compliance staff to ensure that all program service levels and compliance standards are met each month. Utilizing audit checklists, conduct weekly compliance checks on assigned programs files, including participant logs, ensuring accurate, timely and complete program and client/personnel status data. Perform research, analyze, and produce regular and ad hoc personnel and program reports pertaining to audits, quarterly departmental reports, and billing. Work directly with WFD staff correct errors to ensure compliance is maintained.
Keep current on grant details and required outcomes. Complete all Eligibility audits for grant funded Programs. Conduct training for Workforce Development staff on file and database requirements related to complex compliance related tasks.
Maintain all spreadsheets with special emphasis on the gathering of relevant data and accuracy for audits. Ensure department supplies, including business cards, are current and place orders, via Workplace, to replenish. Assist with aged billing reconciliation, bus pass, and commitment letter logs.
Skills/Qualifications: Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, familiar with Internet, and Microsoft Outlook (e-mail). Working knowledge of billing, invoicing, and related tasks. Must have excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills. Excellent math, spelling, and grammar skills. Clear oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work independently with little supervision and display strong decision-making skills. College degree or candidate preferred. A Minimum of two years related experience required and ability to learn quickly is necessary.
Physical Requirements: Office environment, mobile, ability to sit for long periods of time, and able to lift 10-15 lbs. periodically.
Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9, Valid State-issued Driver’s License, and ability to pass a drug screen, and background check.
