Supervisor, Intensive Family Services Job at Crossroads Health

Our Intensive Family Services Department is currently seeking an organized collaborative individual to fill the role of Supervisor, Intensive Family Services. The Supervisor, Intensive Family Services offers supervision of youth and family community-based counselors. This licensed provider will engage as a member of a collaborative team. With a Trauma Informed approach, this position will be a representative for the organization and how we offer integrated services for recovery and mental health. More specifically, this position will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical and administrative supervision of staff. When applicable, assist with training and maintaining staff's use of Evidenced Based Treatment modalities.
- Demonstrating an understanding of human development and mental/behavioral health specific to population served, including the social, political, economic, and cultural context.
- Demonstrating a general knowledge of substance use disorders and the general complications of dual diagnosis in the treatment of behavioral health disorders.
- Overseeing daily program process, including participating in and monitoring process improvements.
- Developing and implementing treatment models and procedures for specific programs and populations.
- Developing strong relationships internally across the agency, as well as externally for positive connections that lead to better relations as well as overcoming barriers to services for clients.
Position Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
- LISW, LPCC, IMFT required. LISW-S, LPCC-S or IMFT-S preferred.
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- Excellent supervisory, organizational and communication skills.
