Supply Analyst, Americas

Guided by the values of the company, The Supply Analyst, Americas will be directly responsible for establishing and maintaining regional metrics and a monthly/quarterly scorecard process to assist regional leadership in managing and measuring strategic and business performance objectives on a routine and consistent basis.
This role will report to the Head of Supply Chain and Operations, Americas. The location of the role is Raleigh, NC or remote.

The successful candidate will work with the regional leadership, the local companies, and global counterparts to coordinate and verify accuracy of targets and actual reporting. Work across the organization to develop business analysis along with insights and actions to improve performance.

This role will support the Regional S&OP & Planning Lead, Americas, with analysis and report preparation for monthly LATAM S&OP and Regional Commercial Forum.

This role will participate and represent the region in the global initiative on Master Data Governance.

Focus Areas will include (but not limited to) measuring and tracking actions and improvements in demand and supply forecast accuracy, on time customer delivery, inventory performance and Quality of Business (GM %/Profitability).

Fundamental Areas of Focus:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a monthly process at the regional level to capture and monitor the business performance. This includes identification of metrics (in collaboration with leadership), Identification of process, technology, and data gaps to capture and measure data (digitization), implementation of interim process to capture data and report.
• Work with local companies and global functions to Identify and drive business opportunities which improve and optimize profitability across the region through cost improvements stemming from procurement and inventory synergies, transportation efficiencies or manufacturing location analysis.
• Provide timely and accurate support to the Regional S&OP & Planning Lead and the overall S&OP process with analysis and report preparation.
• Provide timely and effective support to the local companies and global for the Master Data Governance initiative.
• Lead and support other regional ad-hoc analysis and projects as determined.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Supply Chain. MBA or Master preferred.
• English Required, Spanish preferred.
• At least 7 years in similar positions performing commerical, supply/demand and general business analysis and/or Supply Chain Experience.
• Knowledge and experience in optimizing supply processes & logistics.
• Lean or Six Sigma an advantage.
• Required Travel – 10% - 25%
