We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join our team! As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and executing supply chain operational plans and strategies. You will be involved in the development and execution of analytics that drive our supply chain initiatives, while supporting the continuous improvement of supply chain processes and procedures.

This position will be based out of our Orlando office. We are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorization for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and analyzing supply chain trends
• Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals
• Develop data-driven recommendations, using advanced analytics and quantitative techniques
• Assisting the business units in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives
• Gather and interpret relevant supply chain data and business requirements
• Supporting strategies to resolve the supply chain risks for our clients
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the continuous improvement of supply chain processes and procedures
• Develop and systematically generate performance analysis and reports for our clients, including key information for business reviews
• Model and analyze various supply chain scenarios, including ad-hoc requests, prepare cost/benefit analysis of proposed changes
• Performing inventory analysis and preparing inventory reports
• Creating and validating GPO contract opportunities for our clients
• Managing weekly average price reports for key clients
• Forecast versus actual reporting for product limited time offer campaigns for clients
• Develop and maintain "top spend" item reporting for key clients
• Various client compliance reporting
• Sourcing analysis of new items through distribution label versus manufacture direct
• Key client customized report generation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, supply chain or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical, mathematical, financial, statistical and quantitative skills
• Ability to retrieve, compile, and manipulated large quantities of data from multiple database sources
• Expert proficiency in MS Office and Advanced Excel skillset
• Experience in working with business intelligence tools
• Experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes
• Previous experience with supply chain processes preferred
• Time management and follow through; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem analysis and problem solving skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Consistently practice and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, suppliers, & clients
