- Oversee all Inventory management processes including production reporting, scrap reporting, receiving, and shipping.
- 100% Delivery rating for all customers both internal and external
- ALL EDI transactions in and out from both suppliers and customers
- Manage all aspects of QAD ERP system from set up to data management to production reporting and data integrity.
- Hold SCM department to 20 KPI Standards: Data Wellness, Cycle Count Metric, daily unplanned freight, Delivery Scores, Monthly CC, Monthly unplanned freight, Inv by program, Raw Material Issues, CC vs Planned, Avoidable unplanned RCCA, INV Accuracy, Overall Inventory YTD, Cust delivery Issues, Freight cost by month, INV vs Plan, Raw avg, WIP Avg, RC Avg, FG Avg.
- Direct owner of inventory DOH and ATR turns as they relate to inv,
- Track to SCM Dashboard and insure improvements in metrics.
- Ownership of all freight bills, costs, and associated transportation billing approvals with interface with 3pl.
- Ownership of annual/monthly freight budget alongside Plant controller.
- Monitor ABC cycle count process and set schedule for cycle count process with Demand analyst
- Monitor, investigate, and root cause corrective action on repeat Cycle count issues or large adjustments.
- Responsible for All QAD inventory adjustments
- Responsible for demand planning/Sales forecast used for Budgeting purposes.
- Ensure that the schedulers are hitting their inventory reduction plan and tracking to a correct inventory level.
- 100% ownership of plant PFEP updates and daily management.
- Monthly Department MOSIAC updates as well as weekly data metric updates
- Monthly CC worksheet updates in teams and review with team weekly.
- All service tooling and service component and packaging management
- 100% responsible for the entire fleet of lift truck, floor scrubbers, genie booms etc.
- Responsible for all fleet repairs and PM completion on equipment.
- Logistics set up quoting and finalizing fleet costs with 3PL Service (Transplace)
- Working with Operations on Labor Plan Weekly and setting floor labor schedule.
- Directly Responsible for Supply Chain schedulers, Supply Chain Supervisors, and hourly forklift drivers.
- Directly responsible for SHOP floor schedule and Daily scheduling meeting with Operations.
- All Obsolescence claims with customers
- Annual IDA submission as well as E/O management of excess and obsolete inventory.
- Management of all customer portals including: E Supplier connect, Covisint GM, Mopar Service.
- Annual MMOG submission for all OEM customers.
- Insure we meet CTPAT rules for international shipments to hold our CTPAT certification.
- STTAS Certification in USMCA/NAFTA/AALA and 100% responsible to ensure all documentation is completed correct with all brokerage services or freight forwarders (Buckland, STTAS, Corrigan etc.)
- Responsible for Packaging and labeling on the shop floor (and recently packaging design)
- Responsible for Service Packaging approval and set up approval from customer.
- Responsible for floor layout including raw materials storage.
- 100% Responsible with controller to Champion 2 physical inventories annually.
- Responsible to monitor EDI Error Report/Backflush error report and fix daily
- Management of all supplier issues in SQTS regarding delivery.
- Management of all supplier issues including, Force Majeure, behind schedule late shipment or any other situation that may become a stock out on the shop floor.
- Management of all dock maintenance/Door Maintenance for the building and offsite warehouse.
