Throughout the years, the company has built robust quality systems, multiple GMP certifications, and in-house FDA/EPA microbiology, quality control, chemistry, and R&D labs. We are looking for Supply Planner to complete our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assume leadership role in developing and promoting best practices, assist other planners to drive higher performance KPIs and develop new cross-functional processes cross functionally to resolve service and inventory issues.
• Schedule work orders to meet demand over the next 3 months.
• Develop longer-term supply plans (3+ months) and show demand/supply balancing. Identify constraints on the plan along with mitigation opportunities.
• Develop a comprehensive inventory plan based on days of supply and service level targets.
• Track against service level targets and provide root cause analysis and suggested actions.
• Develop safety stock policies that account for demand volatility, ABC SKU, key customers, and overall inventory goals.
• Be a cross-functional leader who works closely with customer service, sales, and demand planning to provide proactive updates on supply availability and assist with customer communication.
• Develop CPFR (collaborative planning) relationships with key customers to align on the supply outlook and align on inventory policy and service level goals.
• Optimize ERP set up and enhance reporting to help with supply and inventory planning.
• Present supply and inventory plans at the supply review and and in ithe Integrated Business Planning process.
• Develop industry best practices in supply planning and work on a SOP (standard operating procedure) for the function.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in supply planning or related function.
• BA required. Specific academic background not required.
• Strong collaborative, interpersonal, problem solving and persuasion skills.
• Project management and leadership skills.
• Background in a private equity or startup environment is helpful.
• Familiarity with JDE or related ERP system preferred.
• Strong Excel and Office skills required. Database skills such as SQL or Access a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle a dynamic and fast-moving environment with recurring deliverables.
• Should have familiarity with developing supply, safety stock and inventory models.
• Well developed problem solving skills.
