Our Support Specialists are the first point of contact over the phone for our 6 locations in Washington and Idaho and help ensure our clients receive the highest level of service throughout their experience, whether it's before they ever step foot in the door or after they've joined and have questions about their account, our products and/or services. Our Support Team also act as the James Bond's "M" of Slick Rock, assisting our in-salon teams with account, product and service questions.

A day in the life includes scheduling client appointments, educating callers on our products and services, researching and communicating account information and company policies, and responding to written and verbal inquiries. You will support the team by answering incoming calls from clients and locations, responding to a myriad of questions, issues and complaints. You will also make outbound calls to clients to follow up on promotions, check on payments not received and other calling campaigns.

We are currently looking to fill both P/T and F/T positions at our Corporate Office in Spokane Valley.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a great phone voice, is naturally dis-arming and non-confrontational, goes above and beyond the call of duty to help others, excels at conflict resolution and easily sees alternatives when faced with a problem. The majority of calls do not require conflict resolution, but having thick skin is important as you will often be the first point of contact for frustrated clients. To be successful here, you must be internally happy, resilient and truly enjoy serving others.

Additionally, candidates interested in this position should have a strong attention to detail, be comfortable using computers and multi-tasking (taking notes or looking up accounts while on phone), and excel in both verbal and written communication.
