Summary:

This position supports primarily the function of the property management team as well as the CEO, CFO and Office Manager. The person in this position should be outgoing and able to self-start, self-monitor and organize daily/weekly/monthly tasks and priorities. This position is a 40 hour per week Monday to Friday in-office position. Work may from time to time include lifting of 20 lbs, bending, sitting and standing. Applicant must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Lunch 12:00 PM-1:00PM (Paid)

Probationary Period: 90 Days

Job Task

Primary: Daily/Weekly/Monthly

1. Contacting prospective property owners and property managers "PM".

a. Vantaca

b. MS Outlook

2. Opening and processing/sorting of daily mail.

3. Checking email and voicemail daily.

4. Ordering equipment and other items from service providers.

5. Communicating with property owners, tenants and other residents.

6. Communicating and organizing work orders.

7. Filling request from property managers such as communications with owners and service providers.

8. Ordering office supplies as needed in accordance with PAR stock.

9. Tracking of work request through system/closing and following up on open requests.

10. Call taking and directing of calls incoming to the office.

11. Talking on the phone with managers, tenants, property owners, service providers, etc.

12. Sorting and processing outgoing mail.

13. Scanning of various documents for storage.

14. Engaging and working with other office team members.

15. Use of copy machine and scanning equipment.

16. Other tasks that may be requested by Office Manager, CEO, CFO, and Property Managers.

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)

  • Office Enviroment: 1 year (Preferred)
