Looking for the following skills/experience:

  • Troubleshooting of network wired and wireless device connection issues - server and user endpoints
  • Cisco (CLI and APIC) trunk and access switch port assignment and configuration
  • Profile devices in Cisco ISE; troubleshoot using ISE Authentication logs
  • Infoblox subnet addition and DHCP pool creation; IP reservations
  • Add/remove VLAN’s (Distro and switch)
  • Cisco WLC and Juniper Mist Edge for wireless issue troubleshooting
  • Logic Monitor resource and bandwidth utilization
  • The ability to engage ISP’s for site/circuit issues and outages
  • Service Now Incidents and Changes (Not required but would be a plus)

Systems Administrators are a central part of IT teams that support software functions, data transfers and network connectivity for computer systems.
