Description:
The Application Administrator position is highly technical in nature and supports applications that have an impact at the departmental and enterprise levels. This position will focus on Microsoft products (Windows, Azure, AD, O365) and endpoint/device management using Intune, SCCM, and Jamf. The position involves leading software installation and maintenance, application administration, problem resolution, systems security, and designing plans for system upgrades.

Knowledge of ITIL escalation procedures and service level agreements (SLA's)
Knowledge of windows and apple device management, security, and support
Problem resolution via PowerShell, Bash, and other command line interfaces
