Position Description:
Serco supports the anti-terrorism/force protection (AT/FP) program as the prime on the contract. The primary goal of the CNIC AT/FP Ashore Sustainment Program is to provide both preventive and corrective maintenance services to Navy installations as required to sustain AT/FP Ashore Program systems in accordance with their operational requirements. The mission is to design, procure, integrate, install, and sustain the systems/equipment hardware, associated firmware, and software required to provide the ability to protect mission-critical assets and personnel from natural disasters, acts of terrorism and other human-caused disasters.

The mission is to design, procure, integrate, install, and sustain the systems/equipment hardware, associated firmware, and software required to provide the ability to protect mission-critical assets and personnel from natural disasters, acts of terrorism and other human-caused disasters.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for setting up and maintaining a system or specific components of a system (e.g. installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software; establishing and managing user accounts; overseeing or conducting backup and recovery tasks; implementing operational and technical security controls; and adhering to organizational security policies and procedures).
- Provide critical preventive and corrective maintenance, information assurance, asset management, technical systems updates, service call resolution, and configuration management for C4I systems region wide.
- Provide Operation and Maintenance support including patch management/testing, STIG implementation and mitigation, information assurance/security, anti-virus, and data backup solutions.
- Provide system administration and engineering support for Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016/2019.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- An active DoD Secret clearance
- An active DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliant certification
- At least one of the following certifications:
- MCSA: 2008, 2012, or 2016
- MCSE: 2012, or 2016
- MCA: DS
- MCA: SQL Server
- MCM: SQL Server 2008
- MCM Server 2008R2
- MC: Azure AA
- MCITP EA
- MCITP SA
- MS 2016: AD I&N
- MS 365 Messaging AA
- WS CSA Associate
- AWS CSA Professional
- AWS CS Speciality

- Google ACE

- ICS Cybersecurity (301V)

- High School diploma
- 4 years' experience in the field or in a related area
- Experience in the administration of Window’s Active Directory domain management to include Group Policy Object management and data backup solutions such as Macrium Reflect
- Strong experience with the implementation of vulnerability remediation and STIG configurations for system hardening
- Ability to create Standard Operating Procedure documentation for designs and implementation strategies of new hardware and software deployments
- Ability to produce system specifications, design requirements, test evaluation planning documents, and technical publications and reports
- Familiarity with DoD networking and security accreditation requirements
- Ability to support project at client sites where working conditions may vary
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed
Additional desired experience and skills:
- Experience with McAfee HBSS, ACAS, SCAP, VRAM, eMASS, and DoD RMF
- Lenel, On-Guard deployments
