Hilltop Holdings is currently looking to hire a Systems & Reporting Administrator in the Corporate Real Estate Department. In this role, under the direction of the Portfolio Manager, you will manage all aspects of Lucernex software, leasing and project management for the real estate portfolio. You will have a passion for process and be highly detail oriented.
- Work closely with the Manager on the creation of a product vision and implement capabilities and processes internally
- Engage with our internal team members, partners to understand and identify needs, and develop solutions which align with product and company goals.
- Champions the company’s product needs, advocate for enhancements among the broader user community, and influence the vendor
- Engage various stakeholders and engineering leads to define the products functional and non-functional requirements and ensure implementation of product roadmap
- Capture use cases and communicate clear product objectives and requirements
- Creates and manages all data abstracting in order to create various reports and presentations for a multitude of uses
- Participate in the design, configuration, data migration & testing of new system
- Collaborate with delivery teams and engage with vendor to ensure features are clearly understood, estimated, and prioritized.
- Participate and test implementation to ensure business and user objectives are met. Presents and validates solutions with stakeholders and partners.
- Craft internal and external communications around features, including release notes
- Maintain and create product documentation to ensure stakeholders and partners understand how our products function.
- Participates in technical implementation projects and communicates changes to business teams
- Perform system configuration and administration tasks on behalf of the user community following the project’s completion, including system features and functionality and access based on roles and permissions.
- Fields questions from the user community and perform system troubleshooting efforts: identify issues, develop corrective actions, and works with vendors to deploy fixes and enhancements
- Conducts training sessions with team members, as needed
- The title: Systems & Reporting Administrator is a.k.a. Real Estate Analyst (Systems & Reporting Administrator)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years working in tech, consulting, IT, or related field, as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, System Administrator, Consultant, or Project Manager
- 5+ years working with software products
- Lucernex software experience is a plus
- Naturally curious, with excellent critical-thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player and affinity to collaborate with others
- Experience working with SaaS / Cloud technology preferred
- Experience working with Real Estate and Facilities solutions preferred
- Experience in financial services preferred
