The Opportunity

This is a hybrid remote position with a mix of work-from-home, in person meetings and travel within FL.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will assist the HR Manager to set the vision, strategy and roadmap for the TA function. This is a role in which you will make a ground-floor impact in our rapidly growing company.

We’re looking for an innovative thinker who is capable of developing, leading and launching new TA programs to support our business goals across the organization.

Jumping right in, your first and immediate priorities will be to recruit and hire, select and manage recruiting vendors, build TA infrastructure and basic processes, implement ATS technology and communicate with and educate internal stakeholders.

Professional Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in high growth and/or start-up organizations.
• Successful track record of leading a recruiting team, either formally or informally.
• Has used various channels to source candidates, manage screening process and build relationships with applicants and past employees.
• Demonstrated experience building recruiting operations and employer brand programs.
• Deep understanding and ability to use data to drive performance, find efficiencies and diagnose issues within the recruiting process.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to execute on deliverables and make decisions independently with limited information.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment with a flexible approach.
