    Description:
    • Collaborate with NCA and UMN partnership team
    • Coordinate alignment of Online Learner Interventions and academic interventions
    • Intervention refinement based on student data & teacher feedback
    • Collaborate with teachers on continuous improvement of the K-8 intervention model.
    Required Skills:
    • Superior listening, communications and organization skills, including while applying technology tools.
    • Social perceptiveness and strong people skills
    • Ability to evaluate and respond to building and student needs
    • Ability to provide engaging standards-based student instruction
    • Advanced ability to problem solve technology related issues
    • Ability to design and evaluate professional learning opportunities for staff
    • Advanced knowledge of effective instructional practices, including for language learners
    • A commitment to personal professional learning and development through a strong understanding of literature related to education, student learning, and leadership.
    • The ability to manage dialog effectively, valuing alternative points of view in planning and decision-making.
    • Courage to do what is best for students.
    • The ability to effectively manage and lead change, including changing practices and structures in our school system that may perpetuate inequities based on race and class.
    • Ability to support engaging standards-based student instruction
    • Experience with academic and behavioral interventions
    • Experience with and knowledge of MTSS and intervention programs
