Palfinger is seeking an experienced Team Lead to join the Palfinger operations team for our Oklahoma City manufacturing facility operating as Equipment Technology Inc., or ETI. The position will be responsible for the Hydraulic Team and will assist in the facility’s safety programs and culture. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.

Reports to: Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reviews BOM Sign-off to verify conformance to specifications reports concerns and build issues for clarity and conformation.
• Assists with interpreting specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigning duties.
• Adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Develops work content and assignments to meet daily requirements. Conducts work content analysis for balance to customer requirement.
• Implements new procedures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Implements changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
• Assists workers in solving work problems.
• Assists in implementing plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
• Maintains time and production records.
• Completes requisitions and inspects materials.
• Drives Quality.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relative experience in a manufacture environment
• Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness, history of monitoring own work to ensure quality.
• Possesses ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and can deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance.
• Actively observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities in a very fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to work with limited direction to make decisions.
