Team Lead, Payroll Implementation: This role is an opportunity to help manage a small team in a growing function, with a focus on scaling payroll connections, measuring team productivity, coaching team members on customer interaction, and executing process improvement. This Team Lead role is an opportunity to grow leadership skills for those interested in people management.
Responsibilities:
Coach, mentor, and advise fellow Payroll Implementation Managers on work assignments, escalations, and customer engagement, through regular 1 on 1's and team meetings
Drive team performance metrics through individual coaching and incentives
Manage, assign, and organize payroll implementations queue
Contribute to metrics reporting for Payroll Implementations team, and utilize Salesforce, Ease product, Excel and/or SQL to query data needed for reporting
Ensure implementation process workflow is followed, and document implementation process workflow & standard operating procedures, as well as partner with Product and other teams on creation of customer facing documentation
Recommend and/or execute new processes and technologies, including new product features, reporting, workflows, and internal software & operating procedures
Act as a subject-matter expert in the setup of payroll integrations on the Ease platform, and operate as technical expert and advisor to other teams including Product, CSM, and Support
Serve as main point of contact for pre implementation & implementation technical escalations and questions, and see through to resolution, including ensuring that the customer issue has been resolved, and product and/or leadership team is aware of repeated issues
Escalate payroll implementation issues and communicate themes, customer experience blockers, and team engagement to Manager, Payroll Implementation
Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.
The national salary range for this role is $68,000 - $85,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate on several factors including but not limited to the candidate's professional experience, skills, knowledge, education, and local cost of living.
