Primary Responsibilities:
- Works directly with customer service/inside sales team to enter customer POs in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage files to ensure all documentation is traceable.
- Audit orders for accuracy
- Arranges and provides shipments to enable demonstration of products by sales personnel.
- Responsible for moderately complex customer calls for PO status or shipment information.
- Works closely with other Inside Sales Representatives to ensure orders are entered in timely fashion.
- Works with customer portals to obtain, review and confirm customer purchase orders.
- Confirms customer purchase orders through portals or through formal email confirmation.
- Assist other Inside Sales Representatives with other duties as required.
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
- Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Macola ERP and/or SAP System experience
- Microsoft Office
- Contract review experience
- Data entry experience.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
