Reporting to the Technical Manager, this position provides technical support and lifecycle management for Moody Bible Institute CMS Cloud DXP products and related services. Responsibilities include: Web DXP software management tools and technologies; product roadmapping; system research and management; ecosystem alignment; and product lifecycle management. The incumbent will work closely with EDU and other ministry partners, Web Tech domain specialists, and developers to ensure web products meet ministry digital discipleship needs and transactional service objectives.

Essential Functions

• Create, review and implement cloud digital experience strategy, develop customer experience maps, product strategies and technology deployments in alignment with ministry partner goals and
• Manage cloud CMS architecture service data flows to upgrade use cases, user persona experience, user journey optimization and user experience ecosystem
• Collaborate with ministry partners to create product plans for eCommerce products, technical and functional design requirements and current/future state
• Evaluate industry best practices; recommending and implementing changes to meet strategic ministry partner needs and improve user
• Responsible for researching, setting, and meeting business goals and initiatives; Monitoring customer experience flow and sales funnel conversions, and preparing analytics/KPI
• Create detailed technical plans for 3rd party developer coding
• Provide training and empowerment for ministry partners. Create, maintain, and distribute training materials. Communicate new product features and functionality to improve customer experience and

Minimum Requirements

• Five or more years CMS experience or equivalent
• Strong understanding of current digital CMS trends and best practices
• Desire to learn new things regarding digital UX practices
• Detail oriented with ability to communicate effectively (written & verbal)
• Love of people and technology including great user experience and customer service
• Natural curiosity to understand how things work, identify how to improve them
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative and changing environment
• Able to work in the US legally without sponsorship

This job operates in a professional office environment or may be performed remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, productivity software, specialized system software, data software tools and 3rd party custom software.

This is a full-time position: 38.75 hours per week.

Occasional travel is expected for this position (less than 10%)
