Monitor and respond to inbound emails in the Vendor Intake mailbox
- Assist with the maintenance of various databases and software systems
- New user set-up requests, tracking and monitoring completion
- Support ISA 3 or Director of CAM in efforts for contractor’s DAY ONE reporting
- Assist with Client Monthly Billing report for assigned assets.
- Perform asset validation in Client ServiceNow database system
- Assist with computer refresh and deployments
- Assist with Capital and Non-Capital Asset audits
- Assist with Client surplus processing
- Support the CAM team in special projects on an as needed basis provided by ISA 3 or Director of CAM
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative, technical and customer service-oriented role
- Bachelors and/or A.A.S or equivalent experience
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and effective communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong research and analytical skillset, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
- Strong analytical background in technology
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage workload to meet specific
timeframes and deadlines
- Ability to foster and maintain satisfactory and harmonious working relationship with internal and external customers
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
