Heartland Behavioral Health Services is adding a new General or Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to the team, for In-Patient services. Heartland Behavioral Health Services offers short-term acute hospitalization and residential treatment 30+ days for youths, ages 4-21. Heartland is a safe, positive environment where patients receive the treatment they need to return to the community.
Opportunity Details:
- Full Time, Employed position
- General Psychiatrist
- 100% tele-psychiatry
- 151 bed hospital
- In-Patient setting
- Adolescent patient load
- Duties include: initial psychiatric evaluations, follow up visits, rounding, medication management, treatment team participation; entry of orders into HCS system
- Call: 1 night per week (telephone) + one weekend per month (tele-psychiatry)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Strong base salary - Yearly Earning Potential > $350,000
- Production bonus opportunity

Qualifications:
- B/C or B/E General Psychiatrist
- Missouri license or ability to obtain
